We do not require visitors to create an account and we do not collect payment information through this website.

When you choose to submit an enquiry, we may collect information such as your name, email address, country, preferred travel dates, group details, riding experience and any other information you include in your message.

Please only provide information that is relevant to your enquiry.

Information submitted through the enquiry form is used only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your travel requirements, assess the suitability of a riding programme and, where appropriate, prepare a tour proposal.

We do not sell your personal information or use enquiry details for advertising or unrelated marketing.

When you contact us about a possible tour, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We may also process limited information where necessary for the legitimate administration and security of the website and our correspondence.

This website uses a third-party hosting and form-processing provider. Information submitted through the enquiry form is processed and stored by this provider on our behalf so that we can receive and respond to your enquiry.

Enquiry notifications and subsequent correspondence may also be processed by our email service provider.

Our hosting provider may process limited technical information required to operate and secure the website, such as IP address and browser or device information.

6. Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools to profile visitors to this website.

If this changes in the future, this privacy policy will be updated and, where required, visitors will be asked for consent.

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are normally retained for up to 12 months after our last correspondence and are then deleted when no longer required.

If an enquiry leads to a confirmed booking, relevant information may be kept for longer where required for providing the tour, maintaining business records or meeting legal and accounting obligations.

Some of the service providers we use may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
